Theatre Jacksonville presents Theatre People, or the Angel Next Door, a romantic comedy by Paul Slade Smith about a novelist whose unpublished book has been adapted for the stage by a famous married playwright duo. When the novel's lead character—a woman the author secretly adores—arrives at a Newport mansion for rehearsals, thin walls and theatrical chaos threaten to derail both the play and his heart.
