Learn pruning techniques from the Cummer Museum's horticulture staff in a hands-on workshop combining classroom instruction and a guided walk through the gardens. You'll discover how to prune for plant health, structure, flowering, and longevity, then see these methods applied to various plants and learn how to use them at home. The 9 a.m. start includes a 45-minute indoor session on fundamentals like timing, tools, and plant-specific techniques, followed by a two-hour guided garden demonstration (weather permitting).
