Local artist Rachel Brown leads a three-hour figure drawing workshop with a live model, teaching proportion, anatomy, and gesture drawing techniques for artists of all skill levels. Held the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from noon to 3 p.m., the class emphasizes dynamic figures and varying levels of finish. Bring your own drawing materials—newsprint and charcoal work well for gesture work, but any medium is fine.
