Take a break from the pace of everyday life and give yourself 45 minutes to slow down. This guided crystal singing bowl sound bath, accompanied by lavender aromatherapy and the soft glow of candlelight, offers an opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities, quiet some of the mental noise, and create intentional space for rest and relaxation. The session is led by Adriana Dobbs, founder of Serenity Sounds and a Certified Sound Practitioner through the Vibrational Sound Association (VSA) and the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA). Why people attend You may find yourself craving an experience like this when: It's been a demanding month and you're having trouble shifting out of “go” mode You haven't made much time for yourself lately Your mind feels busy even when your day is technically over You're looking for a gentle way to slow down and decompress You want to intentionally make rest part of your routine You simply want 45 minutes where nothing is being asked of you There is no “right” way to experience a sound bath. Some participants feel deeply relaxed, some notice their mind gradually becoming quieter, and others may drift into a light sleep. Individual experiences vary. What to Expect Your 45-minute experience will include: A short guided meditation to help you settle in and bring your attention into the present moment A sound immersion featuring crystal singing bowls and other acoustic instruments The gentle sound of Adriana's voice to guide you out of the experience and help you reacclimate to your surroundings before returning to the rest of your day Baptist Wellness Center at Seven Pines 11851 Stillwood Pines Blvd., Suite 101 Jacksonville, FL 32224
