Birdwatchers and author Deborah Penrose lead a guided walk through Howell Park's nature trails to spot warblers, tanagers, and other migrating species, followed by a book signing for her memoir Birding Through Deaf Eyes at the picnic area. Bring binoculars, water, sunscreen, and bug spray for this free early-morning outing in a passive park with 2,500 feet of trails between Seminole Road and East Coast Drive.
